Refund policy

Items purchased on our webshop House of Four may be returned for a full refund within 14 days after you have received it. This implies House of Four orders which we shipped to you. The security tag must always be attached and intact to receive a full refund. Items postmarked on the 14th day after the item was received are eligible for the return refund.

In order to avoid unnecessary returns, please read the description and view the photos carefully. Please note the size measurements of the item and any flaws. Please remember all our items are second hand. This always shows somewhere, even if we mention they are in excellent vintage condition.

Return from an item is on your own cost. Please let us know by sending an e-mail to contact@houseoffour.com, saying you wish to return your order.

Under the law stipulated for the second-hand market, we are not obligated nor will we exchange purchases made in store. It is also not possible to refund, for orders that have been bought online. These can only be returned through a voucher containing the same value of the purchased item or exchanged for another item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged what was not mentioned or shown in the pictures or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
