We specialize in connecting pre-loved luxury and high-end designer pieces with buyers who appreciate their value. By choosing our Sales Service, you’ll potentially earn a higher return than the Immediate Payment option, with less risk for us and more value for you. 

 

How does it work?

Step 1: Clean and prepare your items 

Ensure your items are in great condition, free from damage, and clean. We can provide a luxury cleaning service if required (additional fees apply). 


Step 2: Contact us and provide photos 

Send us photos and details about your luxury pieces, and we’ll assess if they fit our consignment criteria. From there you have 3 options: 

Visit our boutique: simply bring your items to our boutique. 

Online: contact us with pictures and descriptions of your items and we'll evaluate them remotely. 

Home visits: for your convenience, we also offer house visits. If you prefer not to visit our shop, we can come to you while guaranteeing your privacy. Our travel expenses are 20, - if you agree with the price and the items are on consignment with us, the travel expenses will be deducted.


Step 3: Evaluation and pricing 

Our team will review each item and provide an estimated selling price based on current market trends and demand. We’ll list it higher, aiming to get the maximum possible price. 

Items accepted for the Sales Service include high-end designer pieces from brands like Gucci, Prada, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Celine, etc. For other luxury brands, we generally offer immediate payment. Take a look at our brand list for consigned pieces.

Once you agree with the price estimate, we will send you the agreement for the pieces we take in consignment.


Step 4: Display and promotion

Your item will be photographed and displayed on our website, and promoted on social media to reach a wide audience. We also utilize other selling platforms to increase the likelihood of a quick sale. For a time period of 2 months.

The consigned items will not be available in our shop, only possible to see for clients that are really interested and make an appointment. All our consignment pieces are stored on a save place that is not open for the public and they are secured and have insurance. 

Pieces with a higher value then 5000+ we prefer to make the photographs but the owners keep the products nice and save in there house. The product must be available in the 2 months of period to be picked up. Also is the owner obligued to deliver when the piece is sold or asked for appointment. 


Step 5: Commission and payment 

Our commission rates are based on the final sale price: 

• Up to €499: 30% commission 

• €500 - €1499: 25% commission 

• €1500 - €4999: 20% commission 

• Over €5000: 15% commission 

Payment will be made within 3-5 working days of the sale being finalized (after the buyer’s 14-day return period ends). 


Unsold Items 

If your item doesn’t sell within the initial 2 months, you have the option to extend the consignment period for 1 more month at a reduced price (20-30% discount) to boost its chances of selling. 

Alternatively, we can return the item to you, with a process fee of €20 per item to cover the costs of photography, listing, and promotion. 

Additional Services (Optional) 

Luxury Cleaning: We offer a professional cleaning service for items that need a little extra care. Pricing is based on the condition and material of the item. 

Authentication Certificate: For a small fee, we provide a certificate of authenticity through Entrupy for brands such as Gucci, Prada, Louis Vuitton, and Chanel. This can increase the value and attractiveness of your item to buyers.

We only accept authentic items and are very against counterfeit. If you try to sell a counterfeit product to us, we charge 50,- per item before we return the pieces back to you.
